About Gomersal Wines

Gomersal wines consists of extensive winery and cellaring facilities left over from the old Fromm family winery established in 1887 and Chateau Rosevale established in 1964. The 2001 vineyard is a dedicated planting of 42 acres or Shiraz and 8 acres of Grenache and Mataro which supplies rich carefully grown fruit to the Winery.

The modern history started in 2000 when a group of friends joined forces to breathe life again into the old and run down Barossa Winery forming Gomersal Wines. Led by Barry White (Managing Director) and Gabriel White (Cellar Door Manager) the winery has been resurrected.
