Winemaking
The Gomersal Wines are made under contract at Barossa Vintners by the award-winning Ben Glaetzer. The whole philosophy is to produce wines which are the purest, most honest reflection of the vineyard and soil. Minimal intervention, judicious use of oak, and maximum flavour are the goals.
Eventually, some of the wine may be made in the refurbished Gomersal cellars, using open fermenters like those first built by the Fromm family in 1891.
