Sourced from a single Barossa Valley vineyard, fruit for our CDR Touriga Nacional has been carefully fermented to preserve the traditional fruit flavours and matured in American and French oak to add further complexity. We only produced 318 dozen.

The combination of raspberry and violet aromas, with flavours of cherries, red liquorice and a touch of spice, creates a medium bodied wine that can be enjoyed now.

FOOD SUGGESTION: Tastes great with friends on the verandah, with Peri Peri Chicken and stuffed capsicum.

CELLARING: Drinks well now and will reward patient cellaring for 5 to 7 years
